The Brief

With only 6 weeks to complete, Cincom needed a partner to deliver an ambitious design and build at pace. At Blue Jelly we are skilled at delivering exceptional results within tight timelines and Cincom trusted us to do just that.

Cincom are a renowned Global software provider who wanted to take their company culture to the next level by providing a modern, fit-for-purpose workplace for their agile team. Their aim was to entice their teams back to the office, embrace new ways of working and elevate their global brand despite the reduced footprint of the space.

what we did

With the accelerated timeline in mind our Senior Designer, Ben Lark, got to work developing a scheme that was modern, uncluttered and people focused. Working closely with Cincom and their professional team at Gerald Eve we designed and built the new space into three distinct areas; the entrance, the breakout and the open plan office.

A warm welcome is created by the earthy, tactile wooden paneling on entrance, framed in Cincom’s royal blue pantone. The breakout area uses biophilic design to bring nature into the workplace, giving employees respite from the working day. The comfy benches and rounded chairs work with the muted colour palette to give a home from home feel to this space. The open plan office creates the perfect acoustic balance with partitioned areas allowing for focused work and open areas for collaboration. Sit/stand desks allow for flexible ergonomic working.

the results

In just 6 weeks this beautiful new space was ready for Cincom to move into. The Cincom brand colours shine through the details in the furniture, lighting and accent walls. Cincom are delighted with their new space as it reflects their brand and ambitions.

“We created a flexible space with areas to support different workflows; from individual focused work to collaboration” Ben Lark, Senior Designer
