Global software provider Cincom chose Blue Jelly for their recent relocation project to Arena Court in Maidenhead.
Working alongside leading surveying practice Gerald Eve, Cincom’s objectives were simple; find a space that allowed them to adapt to their new ways of working, attract their team back to the workplace and showcase their global brand whilst utilising their reduced footprint effectively.
As company culture was an integral part of the move, we created a scheme that was modern, uncluttered, and people-focused. Senior Designer, Ben Lark said, “We created a flexible space that had a variety of multi-purpose areas to support different workflows; from individual focused work to collaboration space.”

Working with the client and professional team we designed and built three distinct areas;
a welcoming and informal meeting area that incorporated tactile finishes, feature lighting, and acoustic panelling.
A breakout area that stepped away from brand identity to give the team separation from their day-to-day tasks. This included biophilia and an eclectic mix of furniture to create a ‘home away from home ’ feel.
Finally, the open plan office needed to be agile, functional, and on brand. A combination of sit/stand desks and fixed desking, great acoustic treatment, and a highly specified partitioning system ensured focused work could take place with minimal disruption.
Working to an accelerated programme, the project was completed in 6 weeks to meet Cincom’s deadline.
