A few weeks ago, the team and I were kindly shown around Legal & General IM’s One Victoria Street, by Charlie Nicholson of Vail Williams. With Blue Jelly HQ just around the corner, we have watched the development evolve over the past year with great interest so the opportunity to have a sneak peek was excitedly received!
One Victoria Street is unlike any other building in the area. The top two floors are fitted with balconies that have clear views of Windsor Castle, there are floor to ceiling windows to take advantage of natural light and the surrounding area, and they have installed high quality, energy efficient mechanical and lighting systems throughout the building. To top it off, and to improve the wellbeing of building occupants, there’s bike storage, showers, and gym style lockers available to encourage more people to cycle to work.
In addition, the building is the first new development in Windsor for 20 years so interest from local and national occupiers is very high. We’ve been particularly interested in this development as we are 19 years old and have never seen a new commercial building in our hometown!
We continue to assist occupiers across the South East of England, including London (and beyond!), in buildings of all shapes, styles, and ages…but this one has definitely caught our eye.
