Kevin’s kilt!

Congratulations to Kevin, Jenna and family for successfully completing the ’Climbing Mount Snowdon challenge’ on Sunday 30th May. In doing so they have raised a fantastic amount for Imperial College Healthcare, a Charity very close to the Ward families hearts.

To add an extra dimension the Blue Jelly team challenged Kevin to wear a kilt to the summit.  Hero that he is, he did not disappoint. Take a look!

Orbis Technology

Orbis Technology are a highly successful online gambling provider, with a problem..... They have out grown their existing offices both in size and aspiration......

In a relatively short, but intensive period of consultation,  Blue Jelly have worked with Orbis to devise a dynamic and sharp new working environment, reflecting their longer term goals. We’re pleased to be implementing the 32,000sq ft scheme, within the ever popular Chiswick Park development. The Fit-out will be completed in good time for the business critical World Cup period in June.  Watch out for more information on this exciting project!

Pauls bike ride

Thank you for supporting Paul’s 300 mile challenge from Windsor to Chinon in aid of Help for Heroes. With yuor help he managed to surpass his £2,000 target.
He was blessed with some fabulous September weather. The challenges therefore were purely physical. Surprisingly the feeling arriving in Chinon was 95% delight, 5% relief; rather than the other way round.

A great cause, a suitable challenge, a big thank you!

Why not join the ’Recovery’ with Blue Jelly

They say the recovery has started!

Our clients have said they are either experiencing it or readying for it.  We’ve been busy providing new space plans, refurbishment plans and in some instances complete relocation plans.
All led by a need to stimulate clients and staff and importantly, ensure the workplace relates to new structures and staff levels.

Its interesting times, and in some minds, exciting times.

A need to develop the workplace and take advantage of either current landlords desire for lease extensions or the availability of Grade A new buildings or flexible terms.

To give our clients a view of how workplace designs are changing, and how tenants are capitalising on the property market we have developed a new seminar/presentation.
Aimed at generating ideas and giving real knowledge of what is possible to change in the workplace, it’s proving popular with management and property teams.

Please contact us to arrange for the presentation to come to you and your colleagues, or come to one of the two seminars arranged in interesting venues.

Regus rolled out

During a decidely average summer we have been drawn back to the delights of the South coast, namely Forum 3 on Solent Business Park. This time to carry out our first project for Regus, the leading provider of serviced offices.

Working closely with Regus and the Head Lessee ’Investec’, we have designed and implemented their new 22,000sqft Business Centre in Solent Business Park.

Offering first class office space, the Fit-Out compromises of 162 suites, 12 Meeting Rooms and a Business Lounge Reception. This combination of facilities within a great building idyllically positioned overlooking a lake, has helped Regus achieve lettings in excess of 90% prior to the completion of works.

Qu: How many metres of partitioning have Blue jelly installed on this site? The closest answers will receive a bottle of rather fine wine!  Click here to submit your guess. info@bluejelly.net

Jaybright insight

Our most complex project to date? Probably! 2nr listed buildings, on 7 floors each, 14 floors, 20,000 sq ft full strip out and refurbishment in Victoria.

Perhaps complex but a great project on two fabulous and grand town houses in London’s Westminster.  New air conditioning system, all new lighting and electrical system and some fantastic modern detailing around all the great period details.
