Quality Delivery Charter
The Blue Jelly Quality Delivery Charter seeks your feedback in assessing if we achieved the standards we said we would.
The format not only concerns the three main project phases:
- Exploratory (Explore)
- Preparation (Visualise)
- Implementation (Deliver)
…but is also our way of measuring how our team performed, making sure we constantly improve all aspects of our service.
The exploratory phase ~ confidence
We check not only that the brief was correctly interpreted, but that we provided clear milestones and followed them within a clearly outlined time-frame.
The preparation phase ~ satisfaction
Here we check your satisfaction with concepts supplied, furniture and materials specified, and that we adhered to budget allocations at all times. We give you the opportunity to comment on the meetings held at this phase and the reporting we provided; was it clear and comprehensive?
The implementation phase ~ reassurance
The third section of the Charter seeks your comments on delivery and quality, including, for example, focus on health and safety, snag free handover, budget and programme updates.
