Every project is driven, from inception to completion, in carefully managed phases to ensure that you feel confident at all times about the progress being made and the end result to which it’s all driving.

Each development phase is driven by four key factors, the fundamental pillars of getting it right. These factors are:
•    your operational needs and budget requirements
•    aspirations for the workplace look and feel, functionality
•    technical and technology considerations
•    environmental issues.

Our three-phase working methodology provides a blueprint against which we comprehensively monitor the impact of these factors, together with every individual project element. We call it informed decision making, giving you the information when you need it.

The three phases are summarised below.

Phase one - Explore
The purpose of this phase is to develop the real brief and agree lines of communication, internally and externally. We work with you to identify all technical requirements (IT, voice and data) and to understand the benefits and limitations of the workspace to be utilised.
 
Phase Two - Visualise
The three cornerstones of decision making; how much, what will it look like, and how long will it take. We present to you design concepts, detailed budgets, technical reports and a comprehensive programme. We also ensure statutory compliance and evaluate environmental impact and options.

Phase Three - Deliver
This phase covers hands-on design as well as managing all aspects of procurement, construction and relocation. We obtain the necessary statutory approvals and help secure landlord approvals in accordance with lease agreements.

Stringent management of Health and Safety, and development of risk strategies ensures you will feel confident the project will be delivered on time and safely.
