One of the Blue Jelly four cornerstones for the Positive Workplace is Culture & Image.
As we start the ‘Great Return’ culture & image are two massive driving factors in people’s desire to get back in the workplace. People being attracted back to an office because they feel part of an organisation with a culture & image will feel vested in the organisations mission. People returning to the office under duress will likely leave.
At Blue Jelly we break the cornerstone of Culture & Image down into three subsections:
- Brand Awareness
- Cultural Fit
Today I would like to talk about Brand Awareness.
Beyond the external activities of Marketing and Sales teams, there is always a need to consider internal branding; whether that is to have company logos and primary colours or a more monochrome, sleek ‘de-branded’ look.
A great example if this is our project for Construction giant Keltbray.
Keltbray’s office in Esher is all about identity; it is a place that their clients, sub-contractors and third party consultants visit. Crucial to the environment is that it represents the brand and the business in a prominent way, as it would be with their site setups and offices.
In contrast our various projects for IWG Group demonstrate a far more neutral white label experience with some of the new brands within the group now being completely unbranded. Obviously this is not the case with all of their projects, for example the SPACES brand has a very distinctive look, feel and uniform design.
As with all aspects of a Positive Workplace, every project is different and will have unique requirements relating to Brand Awareness. Above are just two of many Blue Jelly Projects.
