A few weeks ago, I wrote about our noisy neighbour, Staines-Upon-Thames. Well today, we are travelling upriver from Windsor to discuss Maidenhead!

Maidenhead’s location is highly advantageous as it boasts easy access to both the M4 and M40, and for those with global visitors, Heathrow is just a short distance away. We have just started onsite with 24,000sqft project in the town, taking an additional floor in their existing building – a comprehensive project involving a complete refurb of their existing floor and extensive fit out of the additional. The space features views from the SW facing balcony across to Windsor, with London on the Horizon and views of the Chilterns in the opposite direction; it really will be a fabulous project. As well as the already established commercial properties, there are upcoming developments such as The Landing providing 100,000sqft of office space and a (separate) £500m re-development proposal for the Nicholsons Shopping Centre, making the town all the more appealing.
